Screen Wake not working

Ionic no longer will wake when i raise my arm. It used to have a setting when you swiped right to toggle between manual and automatic but that is gone. Nothing happens when you swipe and i cant find anywhere else it could be

 

i tried to post this after researching issue and finding nothing recently posted that will work. Fitbit is refusing to post so will try this, if this wont work ill try social media

You probably won't get a lot of attention from any Fitbit moderators here, have you tried reaching out to them on their support channels?

 

PS I've also tried looking up your issue in the "Help" section but didn't find anything that would suit you.

Hold the button on the left until it buzzes. Swipe left for screen wake control. Set to auto.

Hey @meberose, it's nice to see you again! I've replied to your in this thread of yours. If you are still having difficulties with the Screen Wake feature and settings, please reply back that thread.

I am still having the same issue in my Ionic. I have updated the settings for Screen Wake to auto - but it does not work. It used to work before properly but I am observing the issue since last week. Single tap also does not work. Have to press the left button to view the screen. Can anyone help?
