Is it possible to set the Ionic to turn on the screen when a notification is received?

Right now the screen vibrates but the screen does not turn on.

TIA

No it’s not. Normally, turning your wrist and also the screen towards your face is enough to turn it on so, for me, it’s effectively the same thing.

no, this is not an acceptable solution... Flicking the wrist doesn't work half the time...
the auto screen wake when looking at the watch doesn't not work all of the time. I often have to hit the button to wake the watch.
It would be easiest to have the screen wake on all notification - so if there's even a possible that i cannot "flick" my wrist well enough to activate it, and i cannot reach the button... I will still be able to see what the notification is.

Please just make this an option to have the screen wake on all notifications.

Turning your wrist is not enough if you’re prone. It on appears to work if your arm is level and not vertical. In other words, rotation is not enough, the face has to be down and then up for it to wake. This is a huge flaw in the OS.

I am returning this because of the notification issue. I should not have to push buttons or try to get the screen to turn on just to see who is calling or texting. Not to mention the clock is not always on either and the battery life is not that great compared to my old Garmin. This needs some work still, I want my money back.
