After a full charge last night I put on my ionic and went to bed. I woke up this morning to a black screen. Tried the reset did nothing. Put back on charger, nothing. Also when I go to Fitbit app it will not sync and also says fitbit.com down for maintenance. Are these both connected or a coincidence? Please help. Thanks in advance

What you mentioned must be a coincidence because even if you're not able to log into your Dashboard, you should still be able to use your Ionic.
