Screen falling off watch

So. I'm on watch 2. Watch 1 failed when I took it swimming. I'd seen a couple of people on here saying that their watch screen had fallen off but really couldn't believe the construction could be that shoddy. But now the screen is falling off my watch I see that it is.

So now I'm back in customer care hell waiting for replacement watch 3 - I presume if they'll replace it. Two failed watches in ten months. Shocking.

@Jillyholli I hope you're doing well! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you have experienced with your Ionic replacement. It's unfortunate to read it didn't work as expected. However, I'm glad that customer support is sending a new one to get you back on track.

I'm sure the new one will work better. Once you receive it. please feel free to follow these replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous data.

Keep me posted!

I’m frustrated to find out that the screens falling out is a common problem. I’ve had the same problem whilst swimming and my ionic is now dead. Not good for a £300 watch just over 1 year old.
