I have had my Ionic about 2 months and its generally been great, the problem I have is that every now and again the screen will remain active.
I have my watch set to auto awake, so it's just a flick of the wrist to see the time and the screen will go back to sleep when I lower my wrist. Once/twice a week or so, this is not the case, the screen will stay awake (draining the battery) and I will have to shut the watch down and restart it to escape the problem. The worst time for this is when I go to sleep, If it happens through the night I'll have to charge my watch in the morning.
I was wondering if anybody's had any similar problems?
Is this a software fault or do I need to exchange the product?
I updated to 1.2 yesterday and the issues occurred twice since.
Thank you in advance.

@Lifesbrain, have you tried changing the Screen Wake from Auto to Manual to see if it is just over-sensitive to movement? If you press the Back Button (Left button) or hold your hand over the screen does it go off?
Best Answer@USAF-Larry, it still happens when Screen Wake is manual. I tried it as a solution when it first happened, but I'd still find it randomly turned on. Im guessing my cuff was turning it on. If I hold my hand over the screen the brightness changes but nothing else.
