(I'm not providing troubleshoot for the notifications issue, as I would like to fix the screen first and then continue)

Best AnswerI tried the steps you indicated. The screen lights up but it is gray with vertical lines across it. No images or numbers show up.
The Fitbit is fully charged. Interesting enough, the battery is only lasting a day.
