No sign of life from Fitbit. Screen is black, it's on charge no percentage is coming. Tried reboot, hold two buttons down. Tried reset, all buttons held. Nothing. Any ideas or do I have to drive for an hour back to wear bought it?TIA

Woke up this morning to similar black screen. Tried hard resets and charging. App says battery full and the heart monitor seems to be working and it buzzes when people message me. Even tried changing the clockface but still black screen. It's on but "no body is home". I only purchased in September so disappointing after 7 months. I guess now I dig out the receipt and work out how to contact customer support.
