Screen keeps displaying Wake mode

My ionic has recently started displaying the Screen Wake and Notifications screen. After pushing the left button, sometimes the clock face will display and immediately disappear or the screen goes blank.

Holding in the left button will bring up the display that you describe @Merna 

Could you be pressing it to long, of have a sticky button?

Mine started doing the same thing this morning. I tried updating the app and doing a hard reset on the watch by holding all three of the buttons but it didn’t solve the problem. Following.

Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how long I hold the button or how many times I push it, that screen still shows up. I did a reset by holding the three buttons but same result. And because of this screen I have a difficult time trying to get to other screens to track my workouts.
