Hello.on my Fitbit Ionic, when I move a hand, screen doesn't switch on. To see a time I need to press button. Any ides what’s wrong?

Something to check (you may have already), but hold the left button and make sure that screen wake is set to auto.

 

This should then wake the screen when you twist/lift the wrist to look at the watch.

Thanks a lot.I don’t know how, but screen wake was setup on manual
