Screen malfunction

My clock interface isn’t working. When I press and hold the left button the ionic pay display shows up but nothing else works

Hello @Emilberg the holding the left should bring up the Fitbit Pay. Have you tried a restart? 

What happens when you tap the right buttons, this is the quick start app functions? 

What happens when holding in the right buttons? Too should start music, the bottom should bring up messages. 

Does the screen swipe left? Some clocks have stats that change when tapping the screen (really just a touch and remove) 

Is your clock displaying correctly?

Hi. I have not tried a restart nor do I know how to do it. When I hold the 2 right buttons the music and news page shows up. Nothing happens when I swipe or press the buttons
