Screen not working

Only half my screen is working can anyone help ???

@Simonj1971That seems strange, try giving your Ionic a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons together until you see the Fitbit emblem appear. 

 

If that fails to work, I would suggest contacting Customer Support to get a case logged so they can assist you further.

Hey @Simonj1971, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I'd like you to let me know if the restart that @Tony.r suggested, worked out for you. If not, you can also try to wait until your Ionic's battery drains out, then recharge it, restart it again and see if that works. If the issue persists, let me know, and I will continue assisting you.
