Screen won’t light when arm is raised

My screen/clock face has stopped turning on when I raise my arm. I have to press the button to display the screen now. I can not find a setting for this. Any advice?

Hold in the left button a few seconds.  Look for 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle it to 'Auto'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
