Hello Guys,

 

i have a new problem with my Ionic that i just received today as replacement for the old one which was dead after swimming in the salt water.

 

So the new issue is that i put pasword on Ionic, simple one with 4 Numbers and to use the watch i should put the pasword.

My problem is that when i touch the screen is it locking back or it’s becoming black and doesn t allowed to use it with all functionlities.

 

It s not even work to check the pulse.

i was deleted the watch from the fitbit app and when is asking me to introduce the code is starting to vibrate and after that the same Cycle.

 

 

What you advice me to do?

@Thau:  How long did it take for you to receive it?  I sent mine back two weeks ago and have not yet heard from them.

It was taking approximately 3 weeks in total.
So not more than this.
