When there is an update to the "Ionic App" it would be nice to be notified via email ( as I am when my battery is low).  One would be able to update rather than just noticing that the watch is not recording, and having to call to get it updated again

@sophie66 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the ideas for features you would like to see in the future. 

 

That is an interesting idea. I would recommend posting that in the Feature Suggestions Board so users can vote for the idea and comment too. This is the best place to ask for future features you would like to have.
