Here I go again. My watch is now coming on every time I turn my wrist rather than when I press the button or tap the screen 3 times. I actually don't mind this but I don't know if that is causing the battery to drain so quickly. How do I rectify this? Also I went for a run today with 45% charge and 3 miles in the battery was dead. When I run the watch face displays the information all the time and updates me for every 0.5 mile I complete. Should the screen for the run manual option show all the time? This is likely draining the battery but I don't know for sure. I got this watch to help gain fitness and release stress but I'm more stressed now than ever. I seem to spend way too much time on here trying to find a fix for my watch malfunctions. Alf is close to running back to the store for a refund.

Long press the left button - swipe from the right hand side of the screen to the left - top option "screen wake" - set to manual.

As for the screen staying on during your run, that's easy to fix. Tap the exercise app icon - scroll horizontally to "run" - tap the gear icon in the top left corner - scroll all the way to the bottom where it say "Always on screen" - set to off.

That seems to have done the trick. Hopefully the battery doesn't drain as much now.

Yes this should hopefully sort your battery issues too. The screen uses a lot of power when it is permanently on, I'm not surprised you went through that 45% in no time.

Please let us know how it goes.
