I had a Fitbit HR and now have Fitbit ionic.how do I set it up to replace it with new Fitbit but keep the same account?

Linda, In the set-up process, you will be asked whether this a new installation or whether you are replacing a different FitBit.  Good Luck! I hope you like your new Ionic as much as I am enjoying mine recently acquired. Come back here if you need further help.

 

Go to the Fitbit App on your computer or phone and click on the Account Icon at the upper right (Looks like a page) and then "Set up a Device" and follow directions.
