Setting up iconic

I have just bought on iconic but it refuses to be set up. I have tried everything on the app several times. Nothing works. I have tried WiFi - my home network - and Bluetooth. It says failed and that’s it . Can you help please

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Thanks for trying to help. I followed your suggestion but, alas, it didn’t work. In the end I set it up with my wonky old android phone using 4g and not WiFi. Maybe the issue was with my iPad.
