Good morning. I was having issues with syncing the Ionic to the dashboard - removed device from iPhone as instructed via earlier posts - now tracker will not connect during the add device menus. Restarted iPhone & Ionic multiple times without success.
Help please!

If you’ve removed the device from your dashboard have you also ensured the device is removed from within your Bluetooth settings as well? You’ll need to make sure the iPhone “forgets” the ionic before starting to try and add it again.

Thank you Lostlogik for your response, I released the Fitbit from the iPhone Bluetooth device list - still had issues. I talked to the service center and they tried a lot of restarts for about an hour - ended up having to revert to factory settings and reinstall - so l lost some data but we are working!

Trying to get ionic working. Using iPad as display device. Old Fitbit died. Have no instructions on ionic. First tried to replace password. Ok online but cannot get into software. Help.
