Several syncing issues

I find that syncing my Ionic with my phone and computer is really becoming a chore. My settings is on "All-Day Sync" with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6), but I always have to do it manually. Usually I get an error message about bluetooth. Even when it is synced with the phone, when I go to the dashboard on my computer it is not synced with the information that is on my phone app. I just don't understand why I have to sync my computer separately. So then I try to sync my computer, but the computer also has a lot of problems with syncing. Most of the time it just doesn't work. At the moment nothing has synced with anything since Tuesday, and I can't figure out what to do about it. I restarted the Ionic, but it is still not syncing. I suspect something is wrong with the Ionic bluetooth since it is not able to find my headphones anymore. What do I do now?

I had a similar issue with my PC and iPhone. It turned out that if I wanted to pair with my pc, but my iPhone was nearby it would not work as the tracker would still be paired to the iPhone. Turning off the Bluetooth on the iPhone meant I was able to pair with the pc and sync with no issues. I think the tracker can only connect with one device at a time, so if you’re attempting to sync to the computer make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is switched off and vice versa.

Yeah, I know, I have struggled with that too, but at least that is something that is already mentioned in the troubleshooting. For me it doesn't help. I have turned off other bluetooth gadgets, but it still doesn't sync.
