It would be better for me if on the Feed page I could share my individual exercise routline/results to Friends AND a Group. But it only allows me to choose one or the other not both.

That's a good Idea. I searched the features forum and didn't find anything.

 

So please go add it there. Come back and post link to it.

I would vote for it for sure!  Developers look there for ideas. If it gets the votes it could be added
