Shared exercises aren't customizable

Dear Fitbit team, 

I had an awful conversation with Agent Rodmar in the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT. Here is my case.

I submitted here three screenshots for your further information

1.) The shared photo of my running outdoors data with bulit-in GPS Iconic Tracker 

2.) The shared photo of my running treadmill without running distance data - with builtin GPS Iconic Tra... 

3.) The shared photo of my husband’s running on treadmill with built-in GPS Garmin tracker 

I politely asked for Rodmar’s help about customizing running distance when sharing treadmill data photo. He stated that there is no option to do that, only editing. 

I added it “Why not?” All users have rights to share their own running data. According to my husband’s Garmin tracking photo,

it provides important format to share.

I ever used Versa last year for the treadmill options. It showed running distance, pace, and time spent, but now it shows time spent, calories, heart rate, and steps.

Agent Rodmar told me that I force Fitbit team to do something which doesn’t exist. I said it’s ridiculous. When running users finished running a day, they definitely want to share their accomplishments in public for pride and progressing. I asked the agent to report this case to Fitbit team.

Agent Rodmar told me to go and use tracker that may have suited me better than Iconic, ironically with going  other brands, Garmin. If I have any inquiries, I can only post in the forum and wait like forever for the solution.

Hopefully Fitbit team has adequate potential to give me a reasonable answer rather than pushing your loyal users to go and use other brands.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots, I totally understand that you would like to customize the exercise you're sharing. At the moment, it's not possible to customize them, depending on the activity that you're sharing and how you tracked it, that's the data that will show when posting it. 

However, we always welcome feedback and this helps us to continue improving and implementing features that you would like to see. I found this idea Add miles when sharing your exercise picture these ideas are reviewed by our team and the status will change based in Fitbit's plans.
