Hi,
My fitbit appears not to charge or turn on even with the reset buttons.
I have tried multiple chargers and power points to no avail.
Help!

My Ionic did the same, and though it is only a year old, FitBit's response was to offer me 25% off a new one. Still failing to address product quality issues apparent in the 5 different Fitbits I have had, all of which have just died after the warranty period expired. My recommendation is to jump ship now. Fitbit does not care. They just want you to buy another device. I am going to Garmin. After 7 years, enough is enough.
