My Ionic synched last night at 9:15 PM. I've awakened to no display, no tracking, nothing displaying when trying to charge. This was my replacement for my Charge 2, which died in similar fashion. Can I get something that resembles help with these paperweights?!?

After an insanely maddening and fruitless online chat with an agent, it appears my 1 year-old Fitbit, conveniently now outside of the warranty window, has simply died. No HR monitor light, no charging, no display, no synching. I now have another expensive Fitbit paperweight to be added to the Charge 2, Charge HR, and Flex. Each died unceremoniously and without explanation. Each died with no valid recourse from Fitbit, and this time was no exception. 25% off a new Fitbit device, which does not even include the Ionic, my latest device to go dead.
I have used Garmin for running and cycling for over 10 years. They have fitness trackers I'm certain will not suffer from the poor quality of Fitbit. Time to head for the exit, people.
