Stuck on 0% charge wont reset

My Ionic is stuck on 0% , won't charge won't reset tried different charge points including laptop and have tried 2 different charging cables , have cleaned the connection points also, not sure what to do ? 

Strangley last week I forgot to charge it and it went completely dead nothing appearing on the screen,  put it on charge and nothing so thought it was the cable so ordered a new cable and still no joy , then I tried the reset and it worked after 3 resets, it charged super quick like 1hour and it was full and it lasted 6 days normally I was getting 4or5days, it was at 12% when I went to bed last night thought I charge it in the morning but woke up to it on 0% , do I leave it to completely drain and then try reset , it over 2years old so no warranty but having no other issues and thinking this is due to recent firmware updates

It happens to me as well, battery is lasting up to 2 days and once it hits 0% it won't charge again. Weirdly if I  try charging 2-3 days later then it charges normally but still battery won't hold for too long. This started happening like 4 months ago and my watch is now is only 15 months old. Looking to get a replacement through my warranty if possible or get it fixed. I didn't expect a €250 smart watch would have this type of problem so soon.
