Anybody recently ordered (i.e. in last two weeks) and received their Ionic? I order on October 9. The page initially said backordered but then changed the same day to say the one I ordered was in stock and they charged my card. The order status page has said "your order is shipping" since the 9th but otherwise nothing...Amazon could have delivered it same day (and still says it could). Is this just par for the course in ordering direct or is my order somehow lost in the shuffle? I recall that shipping my Charge was slow but not this slow, as their page suggests it hasn't even been put on a truck for shipment.

That wait time seems unusual. I would definitely contact Fitbit Support, so they can assist in finding the order status.

@WavyDavey Thanks - I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being unreasonable. They had indeed misplaced my order.
