I ordered a new Ionic on 27th, and thus far (4th Oct) the order is still being processed and my money withdrawn. Any ideas how much longer it still takes? Is there any way to cancel the order- I'd much rather use my money to off-the-shelf garmin or similar product than imaginary fitbit being processed somewhere?

It's unknown to the most awesome community when your Fitbit will ship. Though feel free to contact the Fitbit Support Team regarding your purchase and / or to cancel the order.

 

They can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
A email is normally send when it's shipped.
