Show heart rate during sleep and efficiency

I'd love the feature to be able to see your heart rate during sleep. I know that the watch used the data to determine sleep stages, but for those with unusually high or low heart rates this feature would allow better observations. Also I'd like to see the total sleep data each night calculated into a percent efficiency (i.e. 92% sleep efficiency)  based on restlessness and sleep stages.

@ErinraineyI create a Custom Activity Record every morning when I awake via the phone App, through the phone because it automatically gives you the calories..via the Exercise tile and tap previous.

For your sleep efficiency, on the watch do you tap on the nights sleep and then examine the sleep figures there.. and do they help..?

For the HR analyses you must create it as a Custom Activity first on the PC and then sync..

I then create on the phone and examine where appropriate.  Fitbit is currently generating 24 plots/minute and I was using it to pickup my missing heart beats but my HR is to low for that..

I view them on the PC because it takes a couple of minutes for the Fitbit to sync for a two way journey to pick up the changes..and the graphs have a more defined detail.

This method also gives me the data for me to analyze my relationship between RHR, sleeping HR and sleeping air temperatures..

The first grouped image is a breakdown of sleeping HR and the second image shows the relationship between RHR, sleeping average HR and air lowest temperature for the night. The slight variations in the sleeping HR are caused by sleeping on top of the bed, light blankets when cooler.. We don't run the aircon while asleep, not necessary.  Alcohol definitely had a spike.
