 Hi There,

 

I have had my ionic since January 2018, loved it so far. Lately I've been having issues with it when I'm trying to charge it. Tonight I went to charge my ionic as it was low, I hooked it up it had13% life left, it was fine for about 20 mins while connected. I went to check to see what % it was at and it just shut off!?

 

I've been trying to turn it back on since and it hasn't worked. I've tried restarting it and nothing. I plugged it into a different area maybe there was an issue but it still hasn't turned on. 

 

I've tried the resetting thing and nothing. Any ideas?

O RIP. This is EXACTLY(except I tried to restart within a restart thus causing this)what happened to mine.I had to send it in.It still has warranty tho.
