Since last update Ionic less helpful

Since the recent update the main screen on my Ionic flashes on-off-on then stays on for a short time but all the data, steps, calories, etc all read 0 and stay that way.

Only syncing it reveals the steps, etc but only in the app. The ionic displays remains at 0.

 

Ive done the usual, turn off and back on etc...

any ideas??

Yeah many have reported problems after the last update.  So not unusual.  You should maybe contact Tech Support and go thru more troubleshooting with them.  That way it will be documented and if defective they should offer you a replacement.  Many come back and say this.  Try that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
