Ionic multiple issues

I see that there have been issues (plural) that I have been experiencing with my Ionic. I have a line on both sides of my screen, it's a red/orange color. It also vibrates at times with no notifications. When I did the latest update, it just kept showing the Fitbit symbol. I purchased this in October of 17. I  was able to get back to my watch face by holding the left and lower right buttons. I have changed the clock face to see if the random vibrations stop but the lines on my face continue to come back after restarting it. These watches are too expensive to not have solutions to resolve problems and the warranty needs to be longer to cover problems that are/come about for reasons unknown to the user. I would add pictures if this would let me .

So I switched the clock face as noted but on just a few days it started to give random vibrations without any notifications.
