Since the software upgrade

My Iconic has become nearly unusable since I upgraded the software to the latest release.

the Battery time is less then 8 hours from full and the device is only 12 months old. Does anyone else experience this? Watch currently charging from 0% for the 2nd time today...

My Ionic will not charge at all. I have tried all the tips and tricks they throw at us and nothing. It says it is charging on the screen but it does and almost dead. This happened after the update, it worked just fine before that.
