Hello, I'm sorry I can't help you with your question but I have one for you.

Do you have an on screen sleeping graphic, or your have to use the app to see it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Bhumiraj_aaryan. I'll be glad to assist you with your sleep graph inquiry.

In order to better assist you could you please tell me if the graph you saw first had included the Sleep Stages and if the graph changed on the same day.

Thank you for your question @EJFP.

I'll be waiting for your response.

Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing your graphs @Bhumiraj_aaryan

There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages (information of first graph):

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Thank you for your question @EJFP.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hello,

Ohkay so you were right, I use to begin sleep from my app so it didn't register sleep stages, last night I allowed it to register itself and it perfectly registered it, thank you so much for your support and assistance.
