My Ionic is recording basic sleep but not stages.  Any suggestions to get stages working on the Ionic?  

We are a two Ionic household. We both just switched to the Ionic from Blazes.  Everyone once in awhile we wouldn't get sleep stages on the Blaze but got it most nights.   The first 3 nights on the Ionic we just got basic sleep data so something is different.  Any suggestions?

I had to update the fitbit app to get it to work. Prior I had a surge.
