Sleep tracker in Ionic - inaccurate

My sleep log says that I slept at 2:14AM then woke up at 8:42 AM. The graph has different lines/bars for Awake, REM, Deep Sleep, and Light Sleep but it all recorded 0%. It also said that my sleep asleep was 0min but I had sleep and wake up time. Anybody experienced the same issue?
