Hi,

 

I have two  devices Ionic and Alta HR. Is there a difference concerning quality of sleep recording ? If yes, which one is the better choice ?

Hi, @SunsetRunner, I have both devices, and have not found that there is a difference.  I would say wear whichever one feels most comfortable and gives you a consistent heartrate reading. as that is most important for sleep recording.
