Hi all

 

Can anyone tell me how i sync my stats on the fitbit dashboard on my pc...i`m running windows 10

 

I have just brought a fitbit ionic and i am having problems to updating  my stats?

any advise welcome

Hi,

 

Once your watch syncs to your default device, the data is sent to Fitbit's servers.  From that point on, any app you have (whether it's on PC, web browser, a tablet, another phone, etc) will automatically retrieve the latest sync data and show it.

 

If, however, you are asking how to sync your watch directly to a PC, you will need that PC to have bluetooth capabilities and the Fitbit app from the Microsoft store.
