Hi I've purchased an ionoc of eBay and I can't seem to get pass the 4 digit code. My phone connect to ionoc via Bluetooth, everything seems fine but as soon as I put the 4 digit number in it goes back to the menu.
I've tried:
- resetting my phone
- forgetting the device on Bluetooth, deleting all my other devices on Bluetooth
- deleting the fitbit app
- factory resetting ionoc
It just doesn't seem to sync and any help would be appreciated
