My ionic stopped tracking my sleep today since morning I slept and napped a lot but no update.  Despite refreshing , restarting the device and now the device but seems like this was lost.  I used to have charger 2 and never encountered such issue.

I got my Fitbit just a few days ago and the reget is huge... I have several problems up till know and I'm tinking returning it and buy me the Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music that just came out. 

I was still happy my sleeptracking worked for one day, but today it allraedy failed. Does someone has a clue why? With all the misery with Fitbit tho, I can understand nobody knows anymore...

Hello

I am sorry to hear that , mine is working g perfectly fine. I don’t recall the step but I believe you need to reset it. Pressing the 3 buttons all at once.
