Sleep

I've been using a fitbit for years now but since it went to automatic sleep tracking I noticed that my Blaze wasn't showing me all my sleep. I would go to bed and fall straight asleep at 11.30 ish but my Blaze would show that I was awake until 2.30am or woke in the night for 3 hours and show my sleep in 2 sections. I assumed it was a fault in my Blaze and ignored it since it was it off warranty.

My new Ionic arrived the other day and I was excited to accurately measure sleep however the same thing is happening. Last night I was in bed by 12 and since I woke as I dropped my book on my face at 12.20 I'm pretty sure I was soon fast asleep again! My sleep is recorded as 3.04am to 5.26 am then again 6.29am to 8.40am. I was not awake for an hour at 5.30am and definitely was asleep before 3am. Why is it not tracking the full night? Is my sleep such poor quality that it's not showing properly?

Ive had exactly the same problem. I sleep from 11pm til 8am straight through and it says in the morning that i went to sleep at 0313 until 0510 then from 0612 til 0755

ive spoken to fitbit on chat and they told me to hard reset it (that didn't work) then to set up as a new device (that didn't work) then they said they dont have a fix for it sorry !!!!!!!!

I had my ionic for xmas and it hasn't tracked my sleep properly for 7 days !

I had a similar issue with my Surge and when I manually added the sleep, it measured it correctly.

I have not started monitoring it on my new Iconic, as i normally sleep badly.

So there's no solution to this? What's the point in being able to track sleep of it doesn't do it accurately? Obvs only just got it so hard reset and seeing as new device pointless as it is a new device!
