Hi, all:
I'm feeling pretty frustrated with my Ionic at the moment.
I haven't missed a day of exercise (walking) since Dec. 7, 2018. I've walked for at least 15 minutes each of those days, and Fitbit credited me with exercise each time. Then a couple of days ago I noticed it had deleted all the auto recognized exercise for the past three weeks. Any walks I took with the GPS are still there.
I tried to rectify the problem by logging the deleted walks in the activity log. That gave me credit for the daily exercise, but it deleted all the steps I took during the walk from my daily step count. For example, I added an activity on 1/30 of a half hour walk, and my step count dropped from about 9000 to about 6000.
How do I get credit for both my daily exercise (auto recognized) and my daily step count.
Thanks,
Rebecca

It's great to see you on the Community @costello! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've tried. I also appreciate the details that you've mentioned.
It's pretty weird that you're not seeing the SmartTrack activities, which are the ones that are automatically recognized. I've shared your case with our Support team, they will continue assisting you on this matter.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
