After spent almost $300 I was informed by Fitbit that although the watch is Android compatible it's not compatibe with MY Android phone (Asus Zenfone 4). How is it?? The smartwatch doesnt work, I have to reinstall the mobile app every day to receive the messages for few hours, then it stops again!
The Dezzer feature doesn't work at All!! I've tried several times!! The speed to transfer music to the watch (after try hundred times to work) every time i transfer) is a torture - a shame...
I would like to know if this company is working to fix this compatible problem soon. It's by far the worst smartphone i've used (after have a garmin and two pebble). Really disapointed with the company's technology capability and mainly with it's transparency.

I had bought fitbit iconic on 16th June 2018 from Mumbai (India) airport. The sales representative confirm before the product buying that the same is comparable with one plus 2 and the thing was also confirmed by your fitbit technician. I cant understand that was false selling or lack of training. It did not got sync through OP2 and after I read at your web page that its only comparable with OP1.
Another issue:
At morning default had 40-50 steps like yesterday (day before yesterday i did not wore watch while sleeping while yesterday I did) it did not start with 0.
Staircase: yesterday i climbed only 1 floor while watch was showing 7 floor. Today I did not climbed any floor while watch is showing 4 floor.
Even if you dont wear this watch Calorie burn keeps on increasing automatically.
Steps count varies very much than actual steps walked
In short the reason for which product have bought is not fulfilled.
I am not happy with the product please guide how to return and claim refund ASAP

@IonicSyncink some of your problems are not problems - just the way the system works. For example the calories burned that you see going up automatically are the BMR calories - Basic Metabolic Rate calories you burn just by being alive. The floor counted are measurements in air pressure taken by an altimeter which also notices air pressure changes from the weather - so althoigh they are not floors you have climbed the watch is working properly.
If you want to return it you need to return it to the store you bought it from and whether you get a refund or not depends on the store policy. If you buy direct from fitbit younhave a 45 day window to return it for a full refund, but I understand you didnt buy from them.
