What personal data am I sharing with Snapchat if I link my account to enable Bitmoji animations for the Ionic?

Hello @stepinout, it's good to see you around in the forums. Thank you for your inquiry regarding the information shared with Snapchat. 

 

To answer your question, no information is shared from Fitbit to Snapchat. Snapchat is only being used to gather your display name and Bitmoji avatar. The clockface was developed directly by Fitbit and at anytime you can revoke access to Fitbit inside of the Snapchat app.
