A few weeks ago I noticed that my Fitbit Ionic stopped receiving snapchat notifications from individuals. If I get a snapchat from a group chat, it works fine and I get those notifications, but from individuals...nothing. I still receive all other notifications (Facebook, text, email, etc) just fine, but nothing from individual conversations on snapchat. I thought this most recent update I did this morning would solve the problem but it has not. Is this something I can fix, or a new update waiting to happen?

It's pretty weird that you're not receiving Snapchat notifications from individuals.
A new update waiting to happen? The latest firmware update available for Ionic is 27.70.7.14. I would like you to force quit your Fitbit app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set notifications again. Find the instructions in this article.
