Hi,

Is the sp02 sensor being utilized yet for the ionic?

Any estimates on when we will have a software updates to support it?

 

My concern is that we all have our year end warranty approaching. If there is no support for it until after the warranty period is over and we notice there are hardware issues with the sensor, how will fitbit handle this?

I don't think so!

 

Maybe you can contact the support team.

 

Unfortunately also not mentioned as implemented in the new firmware.

 

That's really bad service from Fitbit!
