SpO2 Clockface won't install

I have updated my Ionic to the latest version. the SpO2 clockface shows as available, but will not switch over. It just has a pink oval that keeps going back and forth. Any thoughts?

I am in the USA and it will not install for me either. Multiple resets and phone reboots and it still does nothing

I am in the US and even had a banner show up at the top of the app dashboard asking if I would like to download the clock face. Now my versa2 is stuck in an endless loop of trying to switch to the SpO2 face with the endless pink bar going back and forth. Tried resetting the watch, clearing app cache  and uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck breaking the loop😞
