Hi, I have installed the SPo2 clock on my ionic 3 times and after a short period of time, and depending on how the ionic syncs to fitbit, it will disappear and revert to the original clock face. This usually happens when the fitbit syncs with the dock in my laptop, as it will not sync with my phone no matter how many times I unpair my phone from the device then re-pair via bluetooth, factory reset the device and pair again - the same result happens, I can run the SpO2 clock face for a short period of time before it reverts.
Please advise as this is very frustrating to have the ability to select a clock face only for it to revert to the default setting.

@Bottman Hi there. Thank you for the detailed information shared.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I see where your frustration is coming from.
Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Ionic isn't syncing with your phone, when changing your watch's clock face with your laptop please make sure that your phone's Bluetooth is turned off.
Regarding the Ionic not syncing with your phone, you may want to check the mobile devices that have been fully tested by Fitbit in this article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Let me know how it goes.

Hi, my phone is on the accepted list of devices. I've factory reset again today and despite it syncing during the initial set up, it now won't sync again from the phone. In the app, I can see that the clock face but it will not install - it shows another clock face is installing but there is no clock face to install! Please advise!
