Good afternoon everyone,
I have the Ionic and have the latest update on the watch itself and my phone, but when I want to install the Spotify app on my watch, it says I need the latest update on my phone and/or my watch. But when I check it, I do have the latest versions on both my devices. Can anyone help me?

I appreciate that you checked that you have the latest app version. It's pretty weird that's showing you this message if you have the latest firmware version.
In this case, I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it, after this please try installing it again.
