Hello , My Ionic has stopped recording Stairs, any ideas on fix ?

Your fitbit tracks stairs by measuring changes in air pressure via a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole gets blocked it can cause this issue. Try gently cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air but be careful not to poke anything into the hole as this could cause damage.
