Have just updated my iconic and now the watch itself and my phone don’t display flights of stairs. How can I get that information back?

A warm welcome to the Community @SueRendle! I would like you to restart your watch and double check if after this, your Ionic displays again the flights. 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- Are you seeing floors counted in your online Dashboard? 
- Did something else disappeared from your display?
