Have spent 3 days trying to get past the intro logo on the watch. No watch or other functions available on watch. App uploaded on phone, synching successfully. App looking for firmware update but despite correctly logged onto WiFi at home and work, firmware not uploading successfully even left it on Bluetooth upload overnight twice but still no joy. Read manual, visited forum, watched YouTube demos. Tearing my hair out now, nothing is this difficult what am I doing wrong?

Fitbit please include a bit of paper with the instructions 

"first setup put phone beside router, and watch right up beside phone when installing firmware"

Into the box 

Would have saved me a lot of hassle....
